Adam Magistri

Adam Magistri brings over a decade of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to his role as Head of Admissions and Student Recruitment. With expertise in recruiting for engineering, technology, and science, Adam has supported teams locally in Salt Lake City and internationally in regions like India, China, Europe, and South America. His career has focused on building talent acquisition pipelines for young professionals entering internships, mentorships, and co-ops across industries like higher education, finance, and technology.

Adam has been married for over 10 years and is a dedicated father of four. He enjoys activities like fishing, swimming, coaching soccer, and singing with his family. His personal philosophy is, “If It Is To Be, It Is Up To Me.” Born in the Philippines and raised in Connecticut, Adam has lived in Utah for nearly 15 years. He also runs Utah’s largest Flag Football Organization, which has over 1,000 players participating year-round in Salt Lake County.
