Cindy is a Primary Therapist at Alpine Academy. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University, and then continued her education at the University of Utah, where she earned her Masters of Social Work.

Prior to her experience at Alpine Academy, Cindy worked as a Clinical Intern at Multicultural Counseling, a Social Work Intern at Guadalupe School, and as a Families First Specialist. In these roles, Cindy was able to help many individuals with pro social skills, family relations, social emotional skills, and how to deal with trauma. Her experience extends past career experience, Cindy also has volunteer experience, working with Aspire Youth Services residential treatment center for a year teaching groups and interacting with the kids there every week.

In her free time, Cindy enjoys kayaking, swimming, musical theater, and spending time with her dog and best friend of 13 years, Coco. She loves the team at Alpine Academy and enjoys working with individuals who have a strong love for what they do. She feels that the most important part of her job is helping others build connections with people, and she is grateful for the connections that she has with her team members, too.
