Gracie Donaldson

Gracie holds three certifications in the Teaching-Family Model and has also served as a lead coach in an Alpine home, giving her a strong understanding of both the residential and school sides of the program.

Gracie believes in being herself and helping others smile, and she focuses on building real relationships and supporting progress over time. In the academic setting, Gracie helps students stay engaged and work through challenges as they come up. She’s often the person students turn to when they need someone to talk to or help finding coping skills in the middle of a stressful day. She also values her team and credits her coworkers for making even the busiest or most challenging days feel manageable.

Originally from neighboring Grantsville, Gracie is a busy mom to her son, Greyson, and shares her home with what she lovingly calls a bit of a “zoo”—six dogs, three lizards, and four tortoises. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, watching a good TV series, and taking care of her plants.
