Hailey Cerise, LCSW

Hailey Cerise began her career as a therapist and LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in 2018. In addition to a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s degree in Social Work, Cerise is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and TF-0CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and she is certified in Eagala Equine-Assisted therapy.

Prior to Alpine Academy, Hailey worked to help a number of individuals and families at jobs that she held. She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for the elderly, a mentor at an adolescent group home for individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities, and as an Intern for several different organizations. Her desire to help others did not stop with her career, she also volunteered with “Volunteers of America” during her undergrad, helping the homeless and women in hard situations.

In her free time, Hailey enjoys being in nature. Hiking, kayaking and camping are some of her favorite pastimes, along with spending time with her dog, Harvey. She is very passionate about her work and building connections between students and their families. Her biggest goal within her work is to provide a “safe space” in therapy for the youth to share, learn, and ultimately grow.
