Jenn Piccirillo

With more than 25 years of leadership experience in structured educational settings, Jenn has spent her career supporting young adults and the teams who serve them. She brings a steady, calm presence to her role and is known for creating environments where expectations are clear and people feel supported enough to meet them.

Jenn believes that structure isn’t about control—it’s about care. She has a natural ability to guide both staff and students through challenges while keeping things grounded, predictable, and focused. Her approach is reflected in a mantra she lives by: don’t adapt to the energy in the room—influence the energy in the room. Whether she’s coaching her team or working directly with youth, Jenn leads with the philosophy that every experience is a learning experience. That perspective shapes the way she approaches both the highs and the hard moments, helping others do the same along the way.

Originally from Southern California, Jenn values time with her husband, her two sons, and their dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys creative outlets like sewing, crocheting, knitting, and woodburning, and she’s always happy to settle in with a good book. She also holds a cosmetology and barbering license.
