Jessia Saucedo

Jessia is a school coach who holds a certification in the Teaching-Family Model and brings a wide range of experience supporting youth. During her time at Alpine, Jessia has demonstrated flexibility and leadership wherever she’s needed, and her warm smile is always a welcome sight during the school day.

Jessia’s path to this work is deeply personal. She spent seven years involved in foster care, an experience that not only shaped her perspective but also led to gaining three younger siblings she cares deeply about. Along the way, she developed a strong understanding of the challenges youth can face (with and without support) and a commitment to helping them build something better for their future. Her own life experiences have given her both insight and resilience. Whether it’s a tough day or a good one, students know that Jessia will steadily meet them in those real moments.

Originally from Idaho, Jess loves spending her time with her family, including her partner Reggie, three children, and two dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors—hiking, gardening, and staying active—as well as cooking, baking, and having movie or game nights with her family. She describes herself as someone who enjoys a little adventure, even if it’s just outside her comfort zone.
