Lynn Bowman

Boulder Ridge Supervisor
Lakeview

Lynn began her journey at Alpine in August of 2024 as a Teen LIFE coach and quickly demonstrated a skill for developing a healthy peer culture within the home. Lynn has long been drawn to understanding people, and she became a trusted source of support for her clients in her former job as a hairstylist. She plans to further pursue her interest in psychology by seeking a Master’s degree, with the goal of continuing her work as a licensed mental health counselor.

Lynn brings both warmth and honesty to her work with youth. She is grounded in the belief that there are no “bad kids”—just hard moments, tough choices, and opportunities to grow. She has a natural ability to look beyond those moments, finding the strengths and individuality in each student and helping them see it for themselves. For Lynn, the most meaningful part of her role is walking alongside youth through their lowest points and watching them emerge stronger, more confident, and more secure in who they are.

Lynn says that her time at Alpine has strengthened her patience and deepened her commitment to helping others grow. She approaches each new student with curiosity and intention, making it a personal goal to understand who they are and what makes them unique.

Outside of work, Lynn enjoys watching anime, traveling, spending time with her family, hiking, and going for drives. Baking and decorating cakes, a talent Lynn has graciously shared at work, is just one of the many reasons she’s popular at Alpine events.
