Tami Pace
Tami joined Alpine in 2024, bringing with her a background in the medical field where she worked as an emergency room technician. That experience shows up in her ability to stay calm under pressure and bring a steady, reassuring presence to the school environment.
Tami has a natural way of connecting with students, often through humor and shared moments that help build trust. Whether she’s stepping into a tough situation or participating in something more lighthearted (like fully committing to a staff-student-swap day) she meets students where they are and helps them feel at ease. Her calm approach brings a sense of organization and peace to the hallways, making her a reliable presence for both students and staff.
Outside of work, Tami enjoys spending time with her family—her husband, son, and daughter—as well as her beloved dog, Harley. She shares that her family has taught her some of life’s most meaningful lessons about kindness and unconditional love, values that clearly carry into the way she shows up at Alpine.
