Tati Payne

Tati Payne brings a wealth of experience in admissions and student advocacy to Alpine Academy. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Family Life and Human Development from Southern Utah University and has been dedicated to helping youth and families navigate the path to healing since 2018.

Her journey began as a youth mentor at Discovery Ranch for Girls, where she discovered her passion for working with students. Over the years, she has taken on various roles, including Medical Coordinator, Admissions Coordinator, and Interim Admissions Director. She also served as a Student Advocate at Havenwood Academy, helping students develop life skills and prepare for their futures. Most recently, Tati was the Director of Admissions and Marketing at WayPoint Academy.

Tati is deeply committed to ensuring families find the right fit in their search for a therapeutic program. She believes in the transformative power of Alpine Academy and takes pride in helping students and their families embrace new opportunities. Her warmth, empathy, and dedication to creating a judgment-free environment make her an invaluable asset to the admissions team.

Outside of work, Tati enjoys camping and traveling with her husband and their dog, Kiko. She is an avid reader, a dedicated shopper, and a passionate Disney fan. She believes that every day—both the good and the challenging—is a gift and a vital part of our story.

Tati is also a committed volunteer with The American Heart Association, advocating for women’s heart health. She is excited to work with students, families, and referral partners at Alpine Academy and looks forward to making a meaningful impact in their lives.
