Trey Coleman

Trey holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Brigham Young University and brings with him a passion for learning and helping students grow. Trey has experience working with youth as both a reading tutor through the Team Read program and as a tutor for high school students in subjects such as math and geography.

Trey is drawn to Alpine’s culture of support and shared learning, where both staff and students are encouraged to grow together. He believes that learning extends beyond academics and includes understanding others, building relationships, and developing new ways to approach challenges. His perspective is grounded in optimism, recognizing that even difficult situations can lead to growth when approached with the right mindset.

Originally from Kennewick, Washington, Trey has called Utah home for over a decade. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Samantha, their two sons, and their energetic border collie. A hobbyist at heart, Trey loves exploring new interests, including painting, longboarding, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and woodworking.
