Family Teacher

Our girls live in Family-Style Homes, meaning that each of our seven homes on campus has a married couple who live in and manage the home full-time. The Family Teachers, a married couple, will provide youth with a caring environment in which to grow and learn; model and teach social skills, self-help skills, academic skills, and independent living skills; foster the moral and spiritual development of youth; administer the day-to-day operations of a large family residence; supervise and work with other professional Family Teachers in carrying out responsibilities; and maintain confidentiality of youth and program information. The Family Teachers are provided a private living area to sleep, shower, and spend time when they are not on duty. They may receive personal visitors in this private space. Food, entertainment, household items, supplies, and utilities will be paid for by Alpine Academy as Family Teachers live in and manage the home. This is a full-time position for both husband and wife. Interested applicants may email their resume to Brittany Bird, bbird@youthvillage.org.

Associate Family Teacher

Alpine Academy currently has openings for several full time and part time positions. Associates work in the home alongside the Family Teachers to provide support and direct intervention with the youth that reside in that home.  It is a full time hourly position. Applicants must be females at least 21 years of age, pass a background check and submit their driving record.  Interested applicants may email their resume to Brittany Bird, bbird@youthvillage.org.
