Lizzy Dirkse

Meet Lizzy Dirkse, a dedicated professional with 2.5 years of experience at Alpine Academy. Lizzy’s journey within the organization began as a Teen LIFE Coach in the Aspire program, where she swiftly transitioned to the role of Lead LIFE Coach for a brief period. Her commitment and hard work have now led her to the role of Team Supervisor.

Lizzy’s connection to her work runs deep, rooted in her own experiences as a teenager in treatment. This personal history has fostered in her a profound sense of compassion and empathy for the students she now supports. Beyond her professional role, Lizzy’s heart is enriched by her 3-month-old son, Zeke. Even on her days off, Lizzy occasionally brings Zeke to join in on activities, seamlessly blending the worlds of motherhood and leadership in her pursuit of making a positive impact at Alpine.
