Luis Uriel Tirado

Luis serves as a Primary Therapist at Alpine Academy, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to his role. He initiated his educational journey at LDS Business School and earned his Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies/Communication from Brigham Young University-Idaho. Furthering his expertise, Luis pursued a Master’s Program in Systematic Couple and Family Therapy at Capella.

With a longstanding commitment to Alpine Academy’s parent company, Utah Youth Village, Luis joined as a Families First Specialist in 2016. In this role, he worked closely with families from diverse backgrounds, offering guidance and fostering positive relationships through skill-building. Luis is deeply passionate about empowering youth to gain confidence while aiding parents in realizing their full potential. A few words to describe Luis succinctly are approachable, kind, and a dedicated team player.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Luis cherishes moments spent with his three exceptional children. He prioritizes date nights with his wife, Cindy, and finds joy in engaging in a game of basketball whenever the opportunity arises. Luis is also an avid cooking enthusiast, seizing any chance to prepare delectable meals for friends and family.
